Hello, my name is Talya Adèle Grumberg
I'm a Master's level therapist and coach who specializes in helping adults to navigate challenging life situations, transitions and relationship concerns. I provide support and therapeutic intervention for anxiety and depression, and I help people to process grief and loss.
I consider it a privilege to help you heal and grow from your past experiences to find flow and calm in the present moment.
By working together I help you to reach a place of thriving from that of just surviving.
My therapeutic approach
I use a holistic approach to mental health and wellness. I will meet you where you are and we will collaborate to find creative solutions to your unique challenges. I will support you to make meaningful changes in your life.
I employ cognitive behavioural and brief psychodynamic therapies as part of an evidence-based approach to treatment.
I also teach you to use a diverse set of mind/body practices to help you reach your optimal balance. Our mind and body are one, if we only work with your thoughts, we miss the wisdom stored in your body.
Our nervous system health is critical in treating trauma, depression and anxiety. For this reason, we will examine your thoughts and feelings as well as your stored sensory experiences. In this way we can help you to regain a sense of ease and confidence in meeting life's challenges.

My therapy sessions are designed to help you understand and dissect personal issues, to relate your past experiences to present situations and provide you with effective tools to deal better with life.
I work exclusively online, and can consult with you from the comfort of your own space. In addition to therapy, I provide supportive counseling and wellness coaching services to promote resilience and balance.
I offer a sliding fee structure based on your economic means. I believe therapy services should be accessible to everyone who requires support.
