GET TO KNOW ME
I am a M.A. level therapist with a holistic approach to mental health and wellness. I trained in cognitive behavioural and brief psychodynamic therapies at Concordia University and McGill University in Montreal, Canada. I speak English, French and intermediate Spanish.
I use a diverse set of body based practices in addition to talk therapy.
As a teen and young adult, I suffered from chronic anxiety and depression. In graduate school, and again later on when I joined the workforce as an employee assistance program counselor, I suffered burnout. Believe me when I say that I know how challenging it can be to get from a place of simply surviving to one where you are thriving.
My own personal growth and healing journey over the last two decades has included a mix of traditional talk therapy, psychedelic medicine, Reiki, energy work, hypnosis, ashtanga and kundalini yoga, tantric lifestyle practices, mindfulness and movement practices.
I know that your unique road to wellness may not look like mine, but I am able to guide you through a series of evidence based and alternative wellness practices that can help you reach a state of calm and balance.
I am queer and polyamorous and my clientele is diverse. I offer my services and expertise to support individuals in the LGBTQIA+, Kink (BDSM) and Polyamory communities.
I also provide integration support for individuals who have chosen to use plant medicines on their healing journey.
