HOW LONG DOES EACH THERAPY SESSION TAKE?

Online therapy sessions last approximately 1 hour.

DO YOU USE FREUDIAN OR JUNGIAN ANALYSIS TECHNIQUES?

I use brief psychodynamic interventions to connect your past to your present functioning in order to make unconscious elements a part of your conscious experience. This is done to inform and elucidate how you may be reacting in your present circumstances based on your past. I tend to see clients for short to medium term therapy, and not for long- term traditional psychoanalysis. I also use cognitive behavioural techniques to help treat anxiety and depression, as these have been shown to be effective in combination with lifestyle changes and medication for some clients.

DO YOU OFFER SLIDING SCALE RATES?

I offer sliding scale fees based on your income to make therapy services more accessible to those who may not access support otherwise. Please set up a consultation so that we can determine how I may be able to help without causing more financial stress.
